St Mary's Cathedral, Aberdeen & Pittodrie House

I’m super happy to share some special moments from Sarah & Tony’s big day from St Mary’s Cathedral & Pittodrie House.

Throughout the day Storm Amy tried her very best to make things difficult for us. But these two embraced it like total champs! St Mary’s was BEAUTIFUL. Full on, stunning. Lovely words. Meaningful readings. Joyous Hymns. And a ceremony full of love. This setting the tone for the afternoon / evening ahead.

Pittodrie House was their chosen venue for the rest of the day. The original build here apparently dates back to the 1490s! Again being champs, Sarah & Tony decided to embrace the elements and try for some outdoor couples shots - and I’m so glad we did. Autumn was on the horizon with beautiful colors all around the gardens. Before long, these two were after a wee pint in the cosy bar found in one of the wings of the house. This made for some perfect joy filled photos towards the end of the coverage.
